Road Race – UCI WE 1.1
The Grand Prix Cycliste Gatineau is a closed circuit, mass start road race. The winner is the first to cross the finish line. This race is reserved for élite women.
The Grand Prix Cycliste Gatineau Féminin (international race for elite women) features 13 laps on a technical 10.18-km course for a total of 134 km. Even though there will be only one winner per event, an individual’s success is often the result of team work where assistance from others makes it possible for one member of the team to come out on top.
